Personal data policy

This policy covers data processing when you browse the site, translate or voice text, use the AI assistant or submit a request.

1. Operator

2. Data and purposes

• Browsing: IP address, time, User-Agent, requested page and technical logs for page delivery, security, diagnostics and abuse prevention.
• Translation, voice and microphone: entered or recognised text, languages, voice, speed and pitch to perform the selected function.
• AI chat: messages and the short history of the current conversation to prepare a response.
• Requests: name, reply contact, selected services and brief to respond, agree scope and provide services.
• Browser storage: theme and acknowledgment of the cookie notice.

3. Grounds and operations

Processing relies on separate consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract and legal duties. It can include collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transfer needed for the selected function, restriction and deletion. Processing is automated, while service requests may be handled manually.

4. Recipients and external services

Depending on site configuration, translation text is sent to Groq or Together AI; voice uses Microsoft Speech through Edge TTS; assistant messages go to OpenRouter or Together AI. Requests may reach the operator through Telegram or a configured secure proxy. Top.One.Ru, Rank.Ru, Rates.Ru and Google Fonts receive connection data such as IP address, User-Agent, page URL and browser-provided referrer. Providers apply their own policies and processing may take place outside Russia. Do not enter personal, payment, medical or other confidential information into translation or chat fields.

5. Retention and security

The site does not create a permanent local database of translations or conversations. Content is processed to return a result, and chat history remains in tab memory until refresh or closure. Pseudonymous rate-limit records are compacted after working intervals and abandoned records are removed within two days. Requests are retained while handled and later only as needed for contracts, accounting, legal claims and statutory duties. Provider-side periods depend on their policies and operator settings. Controls include restricted access, HTTPS, source checks, limits, input cleaning and server-side secret storage.

6. Your rights

You may request information, access, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent and challenge processing. Email info@one.ru; reasonable identity verification may be required. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Where required by Russian law, initial collection and storage of Russian citizens’ data uses databases located in Russia.
