Consent to data processing

By selecting the separate, unticked box next to a feature, I freely give the operator specific and informed consent for that feature.

1. Operator

2. What consent covers

• Translation, voice or microphone: entered or recognised text, languages, voice, speed and pitch, and transfer to the connected AI/voice provider to return a result.
• AI assistant: the message and short current conversation history, transferred to the connected AI provider.
• Request form: name, reply contact, selected services, brief and technical time to respond and agree a service.
• In every case, the server receives IP address, User-Agent and request time for security and abuse controls.

3. Operations and recipients

Consent permits collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transfer needed for the selected feature, restriction and deletion, using automated processing and manual request handling. Depending on configuration, recipients may include Groq, Together AI, OpenRouter, Microsoft Speech/Edge TTS, Telegram or the operator’s secure proxy. Cross-border processing may occur. Do not include personal or confidential data in translated text or AI messages.

4. Duration and withdrawal

Consent lasts until the selected request is completed and, for a service request, until it is handled or consent is withdrawn; processing may continue only on another lawful basis. Withdraw at info@one.ru. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. See the policy for retention details.

5. Confirmation

I provide my own accurate data and do not submit another person’s data without a lawful basis. Consent does not permit marketing, accept an offer or apply to features whose checkbox I did not select.
